ZKRIST-NCS的晶体文章是先收费再评审的吗？已有1人参与

我刚投了一篇ZKRIST-NCS的晶体文章， 收到的投稿确认信告诉我： “Within the next days you’ll receive via e-mail an invoice concerning the Paper Charge of EUR 500 (+19% VAT). The paper charge can be paid either via bank transfer or credit card. After we have received your payment, your structure will be forwarded to reviewers. Based on the reviewers’ report the Editorial Office will decide whether your manuscript will be accepted for publication with minor or major revisions or whether it will be rejected, respectively. Thank you for submitting your structure to ZKRIST-NCS.” 这是要先收钱再审稿吗？这给了钱还可能被拒掉， 如果不能发表会退我款吗？板上哪位大神知道这个杂志的告诉我一下吧 O(∩_∩)O谢谢啦！ |
