The results showed that appropriate zeta potential was good on suspension monodisperse efficiency of ZrO2 and the determination of pH(Õâ¾ä»°ÖÐÎÄÔÎIJ»Í¨Ë³£¬ËùÒÔûÓзȫ¡£) . In order to improve the quality of membrane, ZrO2 must be dispersed into individual particles, only by that, it can ensure that every single ZrO2 particle could be coated by TiO2 and TiOSO4 be prevented from hydrolyzed. |

·ÁËÁ½¶Î£¬»¹Ê£×îºóÒ»¶ÎµÈÏ·¢²¼£º Modifying microfiltration ceramic composite membrane with metal oxide can not only improve its physical and chemical performance, but also increase the separation efficiency significantly. In this study, the microfiltration membrane was modified with TiOSO4 and Al2O3-ZrO2 and Zeta potential of coating modification was regulated, we mainly discussed the clad ratio and its influencing factors of ZrO2 particles coated with TiO2, so the increased efficiency of Al2O3-ZrO2 microfiltration membrane modified with TiO2 was explained deeply. Taking TiOSO4 and ZrO2 as main material, ZrO2 particles were coated creatively with TiO2 as much as possible by power coating method. It studied the modification of Al2O3-ZrO2 microfiltration ceramic composite membrane, the results showed that the optimum results of coating could be obtained if TiO2 was sintered with stirring when solution pH was at 1-2 and temperature at 90¡æ within the chosen range. The obtained TiO2/ZrO2 composite membrane had bright surface and excellent surface adhesion and photocatalytic efficiency. As a result, the water flux of the membrane was increased by 28.3% because of strong surface adhesion. The above results had not been reported by relevant literature, so it has good research value. |
