课后习题，求助：在钢表面渡上一层Ni来保护钢材不被腐蚀，渡完后在1100度进行热处理，如果Ni含量低于60%便无法保护钢材，试估算最大热处理时间。现在有一钢材被热处理了最大时间的一半时间，如果要让它保持10年抗腐蚀能力，每年最多可以腐蚀多少毫米？ （. A steel component is plated with a monolayer of pure Ni as corrosion inhibitor for room temperature service. After plating the component has to be heat treated at 1100 °C; if the minimum level of protection occurs for a Ni content of 60 %, then estimate the maximum time for which the component can be heat treated. A component is heat treated for half this time, estimate the maximum corrosion rate (mm/year) if the component must retain its corrosion resistance for a minimum of 10 years.） |
