[求助] 金电极表面DNA覆盖率的计算

我做的是关于DNA生物传感器，审稿人让我计算 DNA surface coverage，不会啊
特此求助
一审意见：
An estimation of the amount of DNA on the surface before and after demethylation must be given.
我没有求算，不会。

二审又问这个问题
Authors fail to understand that once the electrode is modified, there are well-known methods to measure the DNA surface coverage irrespective of the assay is carried out in droplets or not. As an example for the deposition of AuNPs the electrode is immersed in an electrochemical cell and I guess that authors do the same for recording the analytical Response. So, they can measure the DNA surface coverage before and after the assay as an additional proof of the nuclease digestion.
