文章能申诉吗？三个审稿人，两个小修，第三个拒稿，编辑拒稿 已有16人参与

三个审稿人，两个小修，第三个拒稿，编辑拒稿，这种情况能申诉吗？ 感觉第三个审稿人没有认真看文章，因为在审稿意见里他将文章中的一些关键词用其它词代替，虽然看上去差不多，但实际意义却不一样。 编辑这样说的：“After a careful study of the manuscript and consideration of the reviewers’ comments, I regret to inform you that I am unable to accept the manuscript for publication. There is no question about the potential usefulness of your work, but I am persuaded by the reviewers that the manuscript does not contain a sufficient amount of new insight for publication in ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces. I believe that you may find a more receptive audience for the work in a more specialized journal, and in any event I hope that you find the referees’ specific comments useful. ” 请问可以申诉吗？大家有遇到过这样的情况吗？小弟之前从没申诉过，所以请问申诉要走什么流程吗？直接给编辑部发邮件还是怎么操作呢？ 多谢多谢！ |
