编辑给推荐的刊是SCI吗？ "For this reason I would hereby like to invite you to re-submit your research to our open access article Collection: “Rheumatology” within the journal SpringerPlus, where I feel your research would be well-suited:http://www.springerplus.com/about/update/Rheumatology The Rheumatology Collection is a group of research articles chosen for publication specifically by the Editors of Clinical Rheumatology. Publication in the Collection is not offered to all authors; the reviews acquired by the journal indicated that your manuscript’s scientific content meets the high standards of acceptance for the Collection. Manuscripts must undergo preliminary checks at SpringerPlus to ensure all archived reviews reflect the quality required, but you will not have to wait for further review before a final decision is reached.不太懂啊。还有下面的  Open Access:Full text versions of all SpringerPlus articles are freely downloadable, and copyright remains with the authors: articles can be used without restrictions, in accordance with the CC-BY license. Without subscriptions or page-charges, SpringerPlus must charge a one-off payment (article-processing charge - http://www.springerplus.com/about/apcfaq) to cover all editorial, production, publication and indexing services for the articles.However, this APC is never a barrier to publication. Please research your options for covering the APC at http://www.springer.com/gp/open-access/open-access-funding and speak with your institution’s information services. Waivers are requested by the author, on the payment page of the submission system. |
