我的翻译的三句话被人认为存在语法错误或不规范的地方，小弟无力进行纠正，请高手帮忙找出错误进行修改。 1、高能激光辐射导致镜片产生了0.9微米的变形。 我的翻译：The high energy laser radiation results in a mirror deformation about 0.9 μm. 2、放在变形镜后续光路中的补偿镜由一个薄镜片和一些约束件构成。 我的翻译：The compensation mirror, which is placed following after the deformable mirror, consists of a thin mirror and some restriction parts. 3、进一步的计算表明约束件的尺寸大小对补偿效果几乎没有影响。 我的翻译：Further calculating show that the size of the restriction parts has less influence over the compensation effect. |
