【求助】构建周期性模型

请问用Gaussian构建周期性模型 对于polymer半导体一般设置成几维周期性的？我看到help里讲polymer可以设置成1D的，这样可以吗？ [ Last edited by ghzhong on 2008-5-5 at 14:19 ] |

谢谢各位的指点。我之所以有以上疑惑是因为在GaussianView的help中看到下面这段话： Lattice Dimensions: Sets the number of dimensions in which the system has translational symmetry (i.e., is periodic): One for polymers, where a is the translation vector; Two for sheets, where a and b are the translation vectors, and Three for crystals, where a, b and c are the translation vectors. Note that the dimensionality of a lattice is not necessarily the same as the dimensionality of the corresponding cell contents. For example, the monomers of a polymer (a one-dimensional lattice) are generally not linear. |
