1) There are no explanations to the results based on evidence from this work. The abstract highlights and conclusions must show how scientific understanding is advanced besides a technical report of new (important) data.
是不是摘要和结论要重新写。并且要加上分析讨论。
2) Since the paper is to the side of Vacuum's main scope and there are not even citations to such literature, we require that you suggest names and email contacts to three independent expert reviewers
是不是应该引用一些关于真空方面的文章。
