OL给出这样的拒稿意见，真难理解！！！ 已有13人参与

各位虫友，上个月我投了一篇稿件到OSA的Optics Letters，今天审稿意见回来了，审稿人给编辑的建议是接收，还夸了我的文章有新意很有趣，结果很好，可是编辑竟然给出了这样的决定： Thank you for submitting your paper to Optics Letters. Based on the reviews received, I have determined that your manuscript is not suitable for Optics Letters. A paper is acceptable for publication in Optics Letters only if there is convincing evidence that, in addition to being correct technically, it also adds a new and important result to the field that warrants rapid publication. While I have found that your paper does not meet this criterion, this manuscript does seem to be of strong technical quality and may merit publication in Photonics Research, which is an open access journal with competitive time to publication. We would like to allow you the opportunity to transfer this manuscript to Photonics Research. 我实在是很难理解他是根据审稿人的哪条意见作出这样的意见，我一遍一遍看了审稿人的意见以及决定，都是推荐接收，可是编辑竟然给拒了，而且还推荐让我们转去OSA旗下的电子杂志，这个杂志是OSA去年才创办的新杂志，连SCI都不算，编辑咋能这样，心里难平啊，请求各位虫友指点指点，接下来我该怎么办？  |
