第一次投ssci被拒绝，说语言不过关，没法真实评价文章内容，也就是没给评委审稿，给个链接威利出版服务，建议使用，但注明并不保证录用，我该咋办呢？文章完全自费，使用这一服务是否太贵了，而且不一定发呢？ The editorial team has examined your manuscript, and I am sorry to say we have decided that it does not meet our criteria for sending it out to reviewers.
