我来贴一下邮件内容吧，看看是不是一样的：
I am writing to advise you are on a list of Semester 1, 2015 International Research Scholarship applications where an extra week will be required to start releasing results. Therefore, we should start publishing the results for this cohort from the 31st October. Please note that due to the number of applications, we will not be able to release all results on the 31st, but will be an ongoing process.

Due to the large number of applications we receive, I’m afraid that we are unable to respond to requests for more specific information at this time. You will receive further update on your application status in two weeks.

Thank you for your patience whilst all outcomes are finalised.

应该是结果还没有出吧，得等到月底才“开始”通知
