[求助] 德国导师说他们学校要求GPA要3.5，我才3.03，还有机会吗？已有2人参与

Dear ****

Thank you very much for your message and your interest in my institution. I am generally open to accept external PhD students provided that they work on a topic that broadly falls within my areas of expertise/research. You say you are interested in a "PhD position," while I have to tell you that there is currently no such position (available). However, you may contact the German Academic Exchange Agency (DAAD) that has physical offices in China as well. The offer stipends/fellowships for highly qualified candidated to obtain their PhDs in Germany. A definitive requirement of my university is an excellent MA degree, usually indicated through a GPA of 3.5 (of 4), or equivalent. Plus, excellent language skills in either German or English are essential.

第一个意思是，我很open，只要你的主题和我领域符合。
第二个意思是，我没钱给你，自己申请DAAD
第三个意思是，你硕士成绩得有3.5的GPA。还要英语或德语很好。

如果我没有理解，错，第一，第二都没问题，我申请DAAD和CSC都可以。雅思我也有7.5，但我硕士成绩只有3.03，差3.5一大截。我查了一下学校网站，没有找到3.5这一要求的出处，我猜大概是导师自己希望找个资质好的学生，所以提了个高要求？

我的问题是，如果我从现在开始狂读他的文章，抛出一个他特别感兴趣的题目，会不会outweigh我的糟糕GPA呢？不是说德国导师的权力很大，只要他自己点头就可以了吗？
