transiesta计算出在偏压下散射区chain的原子受力很大
我认为这应该不太正确...
根据'Current-induced energy barrier suppression for electromigration from first principles'这篇文献
他在偏压1.5V时原子在各方向受力也只有顶多到0.5 eV/A
请问各为大侠我到底哪里做错了...
