[求助] 鱼藤酮合成鱼藤素问题求助

各位好，小弟在鱼藤酮合成鱼藤素的第一步反应中，按照文献的方法，鱼藤酮溶解于二氯甲烷中，然后加三溴化硼进行反应，反应5min后进行跑板分析，得到两个点，并与鱼藤酮跑点进行了对比，其中一个点是鱼藤酮，那么另外一个点就是自己想要的产物，之后就旋掉了二氯甲烷，按照文献加无水甲醇过滤，将过滤后的固体进行点板，却与反应液的点板情况不一样，甚至点板的时候没有点或多个点，我想问是不是用甲醇洗了，就把产物洗没了？

To a solution of rotenone (200 mg, 0.50 mmol) in CH2Cl2 (5.0mL) was added BBr3 solution (0.53 mL of 1.0 M solution in CH2Cl2, 0.53 mmol) at −10 °C, and the reaction mixture was stirred for 5 min. The solvent was removed under reduced pressure, and methanol (1.0 mL) was added. The resulting white solid was filtered, and the residue
of intermediate was used for the next step without further purification.
