Talanta，你这是把我当猴耍吗？已有3人参与

9月下旬投了ACS的一个杂志，因为主题跟杂志不符，被拒了，没涉及语言问题。我把格式修改后在同一天投到了Talanta上去，几天后他们来信说要technical revision，系统状态也变成sent back to author（没提及语言问题）。可是邮件里没显示需要修改的具体内容，如下： Thank you for your recent submission to Talanta. However, before we can send your manuscript out for review, please note that we would like you to make the following changes/corrections: 1) 2) To make these amendments, please login to the Elsevier Editorial System as an author. The URL is http://ees.elsevier.com/tal/. 于是我直接回复说看不到他们建议的修改内容。然后是elsevior的Researcher Support回邮件说我应该在信里面写清楚reference number和杂志名称和我的联系方式等，这样他们才能做进一步处理。然后我就老老实实按要求又发了一次邮件。过了3、4天一个叫Melissa De Chavez的人回复我说已经向有关人员反应了，然后4天无下文。今天实在沉不住气就发邮件去催，Melissa立刻回复说他/她已经向他们反应过情况了，叫我不要再问他/她这件事了，等消息就好。我低声下气的道歉并客气的问ta能否给我相关负责人的联系下方式，ta说不能。。。。结果，三、四个小时后，拒信来了，说是语言不过关，还附带了两点technical revision。 Title:**** Talanta Dear ***， Your manuscript has been screened for possible publication in Talanta. Please save a version of the file locally that has no line numbers, and Edit submission to add this file and remove the incorrect one. 真想爆粗口了，虽然我对自己英语有信心，但talanta对语言要求高众所周知，所以当他们提出语言不合格时我是没话说的，但我不服气的是为什么第一次来信时候没拒，还只是sent back to author？拖了我那么久（这一来二去的浪费了近10天），这会儿才以语言不合格为由把我拒了，他们还把不把投稿者的时间当时间了？ 虽然他们还给机会叫我修改好后再投，但想想真心凉。而且第一次遇到这样的问题，想问问过来人，如果修改好再重新提交会不会因为这次留下的不好印象而降低了被录用的几率？ |
