最近联系的导师回复，求大家支招

我询问招不招生，以及将自己的简历寄过去，得到回复如下： We will be taking on new students next year. You have an interesting background and interests. Much of our systems analysis work draws substantially from xxx and xxx, but your background would be very useful for these problems as well. But we will receive many applications for the few positions we have to fill. 之后再询问准备工作的时候，得到回复： I'm mostly interested in finding students who seem most likely to be successful, have interests in the kinds of work we do, have skills that would be useful in this work (especially if they want to be paid), can produce research work, and communicate well. 这个应该算是积极回复吧？请求前辈们指点下步该如何准备和老师陶瓷。还有我的托福成绩很差，报了12月20号的第二次，有些晚了。不知道能不能赶上申请。这个学校截止时间是1月15号。谢谢大家啦 |
