[交流] PhD Position available at the University of Akron

Looking for Ph.D. students to join our group in the Spring/Fall 2015 semester

In our group, we use various surface processing techniques, including laser shock peening, ultrasonic peening, laser sintering, laser surface texturing, electrochemical deposition, chemical vapor deposition, Physical vapor deposition, etc., to process metallic materials, for improved properties and performance, for example, fatigue performance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, biocompatibility.

Students with a master degree in the area of metallurgical engineering, materials engineering, solid mechanics or physics are encouraged to contact us.
