第一句：reconstitute是指将某种粉剂，如合成的primer、siRNA、多肽等重新组构成原来的状态，是不是还不懂？就是说，这些合成的物质在冻干成干粉前都是处在某种合适的缓冲液中的，为了保存、运输方便将这种液体冻干制成粉剂，但你在使用这些东西时，必需恢复到它们冻干前的状态，这个恢复过程就叫做reconstitute。 怎么恢复？显然根据具体物质需要特点的缓冲液（buffer），例如，如果是primer，则可用TE buffer等，这些特点的buffers就是所谓的reconstitute solution。到此，估计第一句就不需要翻译了吧？如果要，那么是： 根据相关产品的规格与说明，（用适当的缓冲液）将粉剂重新组构。 |
