由图4可见，当应变Ex<10%时，裂纹不扩展（图4a）；而当应变Ex>=10%时,裂纹发生扩展（图4b和c）。由此可见，在单轴拉伸条件下，裂纹的临界应变为10%。
【翻译】 Fig.4 shows the crack fails to propagate when the strain Ex<10% (Fig.4a), while the crack appear propagatin when the strain Ex>=10% (Fig.4b and c). Thus, for uniaxial tension, the critical stain of crack propagation is 10%.

greater 后面少了个字than：
The fact that the crack does not or does propagate depend upon whether the strain Ex is less than 10%  (Fig.4a) or greater than or equal to 10% (Fig.4b and c), indicates that the critical strain value of crack propagation is 10% for uniaxial tension.

Fig.4 shows that the crack did not  propagate when the strain is of Ex<10% (Fig.4a) and  propagate when the strain is of Ex>=10% (Fig.4b and c). Thus, the uniaxial tension  critical stain of crack propagation is 10%.
