收到老师的回信，真心有些不确定要回复些什么内容。。。。 除了附上CV，表达谢意之外还要有哪些内容好呢？ 求建议！！ 多谢啊！ Email如下： It is nice to hear you would like to pursue on PhD studies. Perhaps you could send me a cv so I know more about your background experiences. In my lab, we are currently using both genomics and transcriptomics to answer questions relating to the pathogenesis of Staphylococcus aureus infections. The other major area of study is relating to drug resistance mechanisms and transmission in Staphylococcus aureus and in other drug-resistant bacteria. They are still laboratory-based though now involving more bioinformatics. This would also mean moving to research into more clinical applications and public health. As you heard, the deadline for the application for the Hong Kong PhD Fellowship programme is end of this year. These are prestigious awards and are very competitive, so it would be useful to prepare this well to stand good chances. You could also have a look at the details and requirements on the Fellowship and the University postgraduate admission |
