Induction furnace test revealed that the magnesia chromite brick samples had no obvious corrosion in the slag zone. However, there was heavy erosion within the steel bath, mainly caused by the vigorous induction stirring (as shown in Fig.5). Periodical analysis of the slag chemistry showed that as the test progressing, the FeO level dropped from about 70% to less than 60%, which suggests that slag enriched with FeO might have been dragged by the induction stirring and reacted with magnesia chromite samples. Although sample no.2 had slightly higher HMOR strength than other two products, the sample exhibited significantly more localised erosion during induction furnace tests |

感应炉测试表明铬铁矿块样本中的氧化镁在炉渣区没有明显被腐蚀。但在(钢炉)里面有比较严重的腐蚀,这主要是由强劲的感应搅拌(如图5所示)引起的。炉渣化学物的周期分析表明:随着测试的推进,FeO的含量从大约70%下降到不到60%。这说明富含FeO的炉渣或许是因感应搅拌(而大量减少)并且和铁矿块样本中的氧化镁反应。虽然2号样本显示出比其他两个产品稍高的HMOR强度,但它在感应炉测试期间也显示出更严重、更多的局部腐蚀。 注:()里是我不太确定的翻译,因为专业的差异 |
