   分别从粒子的尺寸大小、比表面积和表面吸附氧的含量三个方面讨论了影响材料气敏性的因素。对于纳米材料来说,随着粒子的减小,表面与界面效应增强,材料表面的吸附能力就越强,气敏性好。另外,材料的比表面积越大,其吸附能力最强,气敏性也越好。表面吸附氧的含量与其气敏性能之间存在着必然的联系。即表面吸附氧越多,材料的气敏性越好。

From a particle size, surface area and the surface of the oxygen content of the three discussed the impact of gas sensitive material factors. Surface of the oxygen content of its gas sensing performance will inevitably exist between the links. That is, the more oxygen the surface, the sensitivity of the better material.

The factors impact on gas sensitivity of the material were extensively investigated by the particle size,  specific surface area  and the oxygen content of surface adsorption.The results indicate that the nano-materials, with the particles decreases, surface and interface effects enhanced surface adsorption capacity will be strong, and gas sensitivity good. In addition, the greater the surface area of the material, the adsorption capacity of it strongest, and the better it is for gas sensitivity. So Oxygen content of the surface and its gas sensitivity  inevitably exists intrinsic  correlation. That is, the more oxygen of surface adsorption, the gas sensitivity  of the material better.

The effects of factors including the particle size, specific surface area and the oxygen  content of surface adsorption on the gas sensiticity have been investigated. As for the nanostructural materials, the gas sensiticity is better since the adsorption ability is enhanced due to the intensified effect of surface and interface, accompanied with the decreasing  particle size. Additionally, the enhanced  adsorption ability owing to the large specific surface area indicates the better gas sensitivity. An intrinsic relation esixts between the the oxygen  content of surface adsorption and gas sensitvity of the materials. To be specific, the more oxygen content of surface adsorption, the better gas sensitivity of the materials
