[交流] what makes me fat？

"The sluggard will not plow during the planting season,
so at harvest time he looks for the crop but has nothing"

from 72kg to 83kg, what makes me getting fat? the laziness i suppose. the fear of failure makes me move slowly, even a step forward is by reluctantly. work is not just task, why just complete it rather than do it better?
i need to change the situation, do or not do makes a big difference.

The energy  is not balanced . Input  more, output less. Result obesity .generally, people with physically active lifestyles burn more calories than those with sedentary or not-as-active lifestyles.from now on, trying to eat less and do more, you will be fine sooner or later.
