Introduction Organic coatings are effectively used for the protection of metals due to their capacity to act as a physical barrier between the metal surface and the corrosive environment in which they perform their function (Shreir et al., 1994; De Wit, 1995). The most important factor that affects these organic coatings is pigments. Concerns of environmental protection demand strict restrictions for the use of toxic pigments (lead or other heavy metals), historically introduced as corrosion inhibitors in anticorrosive paints (De Wit, 1995). At present, a new generation of pigments, known as “environmentally friendly” pigments, is aimed at elimination of these heavy metals.  翻译2.1.png |

| 有机涂层可以有效地保护金属，它可以在腐蚀环境和金属之间的产生一层屏障(Shreir et al., 1994; De Wit, 1995). 影响有机涂层最重要的因素是其本身采用的色素染料，由于对于环境保护的需求，所以要严格限制有毒的色素染料的使用（铅和一些其他重金属原料的使用），这些重金属一直被作为主要的染料的原材料被使用在抗腐蚀涂料中 (De Wit, 1995)。目前，新一代对环境友好的涂层染料就是为了消除重金属原材料在涂层燃料中的使用。 |
