In HR, the Knowledge Staff has the greatest impact on organizational sustainable development. The 21st Century is an era of Knowledge Economy, when we are meeting global competition. A fight for the Knowledge Staff is increasingly fierce among organizations of various countries; while the Knowledge Workers are also meeting with more and more development opportunities. Domestic organizations should be people-oriented, well understanding and respecting characteristics and individual demands of the Knowledge Staff. They also should adopt various material and nonmaterial, exterior and interior incentive measures to better attract and motivate them, and stimulate their creative passion.
