Grinding and pressing experiments indicate that they are all effective PFC materials in terms of mechanical stress-induced spectral shifts (DlPFC ¼ 23–54 nm),
moreover, the longer alkyl-containing FCn shows a larger DlPFC. Powder X-ray diffraction and differential scanning calorimetry measurements reveal that the transformation between the crystalline and amorphous states upon external stimuli is responsible for the reversible PFC behaviour. It is found that increasing the N-alkyl length could effectively decrease the cold-crystallization temperature of the ground states to render the PFC states with a tunable heat-recovering temperature, and ground FC10 and FC12 solids can recover spontaneously to their original states at room temperatur

磨削和冲压实验表明,依据(机械)应力诱导的光谱移动(DlPFC & frac14; 23–54 nm),他们都是有效的PFC材料,此外,含较长烷基的FCn显示较大的DlPFC。粉末X射线衍射和差示扫描量热法测量表明,在外部刺激下的晶态和无定形态之间的转换与可逆PFC的行为有关。发现增加N烷基长度可以有效地减少基态冷结晶温度,致使一个可调热回收温度的PFC状态,而研磨的FC10和FC12固体在室温下可以自发恢复到原始的状态。
