Though****** is a common mathematical method, the interesting part of this work comes from the modeling of ****** problem. I basically agree with the solidity of this letter. However, I find some existing work in this research area has been missed. For example, 1) "****** This paper can be downloaded from ****** In fact, the authors didn't mention the previous publications about ****** on ******. For this reason, I feel difficult to judge the true novelty of this work. I mean, the authors should compare their schemes with the existing to clearly highlight the contribution of this work. |

我是7.16文章上传成功，一直等到差不多8.27我回家的时候还是Awaiting reviewer assignment，家里上网不方便，9.1号我上网看的时候变为under review，等我9.7返校发现已经是awaiting decision了，当时心想这review也太快了，心里七上八下，还专门跑去问老板，老板说可能审稿人比较少，等 decision等到9.9昨天刚刚出的结果，两个审稿人。就像他们讲的，审稿确实很快，IEEE的专家确实也很中肯，不会胡来。 这是我投的第二篇sci，第一篇被拒后重投，现在也正在under review中。第一篇也是投的IEEE的期刊，被批的体无完肤，far weak，所以总结出文章立足要么实验，要么数学推导，不能马虎，总结教训，抓紧写了一篇letter，出国申请用，希望好运降临。 |
