Easychair评审格式问题

用Easychair投了个会议，会议要求审稿，但Easychair中Download Offline Review Forms中下载的文档不知道该如何打开，提示These forms will not show correctly in Microsoft Notepad: it does not recognize end of line symbols correctly. Do not use Microsoft Notepad for processing these forms. 但下载的是.txt文件，应该下载这个表格，然后按格式评审吧，很急！请各位多多帮忙！！ <!-- == For your convenience, this form can be processed by EasyChair == automatically.
