The structure, crystallization behavior and magnetic properties were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). The results showed that Fe64Nd7Nb4B25 alloy with amorphous structure exhibited good soft magnetic property, while the alloy after crystallization treatment exhibited hard magnetic property. When annealed at 963 K, the values of intrinsic coercivity (iHc) and remanence (Br) reached 560.2 kA/m and 42.6 A·m2/kg, respectively. With increasing the annealing temperature, the magnetic property got worse.
