1、the Cary Instrument Manual我没看过，因为我们不用安捷伦的仪器。本题我觉的选e，既然想获得highest intensity and best peak shape，那就得包含整个 peak区域，但是你很难控制到刚刚好，所以2倍是比较好的做法 2、术语data interval，我们认为是采样间隔，现在的电子处理核心都是数字的二进制，所以所有的数据必须是数字的，对于模拟信号则只能采取间隔的数字点来表示，数据间隔就是这样两个数字点的间隔 你看看，有疑问我们再交流 |
