摘要
In times of peace, the competition between countries, nationalities, regions and areas attributes to the competition of the cultural soft power. To correct cultural ecology, Firstly, it is necessary to start from the system reconstruction of cultural ecology and create a positive culture atmosphere. The foundation and the mechanism of sustainable development are established. Innovative art talents and local economic development practice, innovative talent training mode of art education system are performed. To promote cultural development and prosperity, the team is the foundation and the talent is the key. To implement talent strategy, building up the talent is the first resource thought. The construction of team of college art education is strengthened in order to meet the new expectation of culture of people. harmony and unity between "thinking art" and "art of the idea of" are achieved, which is the urgent need to address the issue for cultural construction.
