我的另一篇SCI在Desicion in Process,希望自己好运?

我的另一篇SCI是在1月30号投出去,是美国的一份期刊, 今天处于Desicion in Process!我想这几天老外是否有排华情绪,希望自己的期刊能够发表,期待中....... 谢谢大家的祝福,今天下午收到修改意见. Dear Professor Zhou, I can now inform you that the Editorial Board has evaluated your manuscript. The Editor has advised that the manuscript is not acceptable for publication in its present form.
