我的另一篇SCI是在1月30号投出去,是美国的一份期刊, 今天处于Desicion in Process!我想这几天老外是否有排华情绪,希望自己的期刊能够发表,期待中....... 谢谢大家的祝福,今天下午收到修改意见. Dear Professor Zhou, I can now inform you that the Editorial Board has evaluated your manuscript. The Editor has advised that the manuscript is not acceptable for publication in its present form. However, if you are prepared to undertake a revision, the comments listed below should be taken into account when revising the manuscript.
