遇到与楼主相同的问题,我还没有答案。我把我查到的文献和楼主分享一下,在文献AC,1980,52,2242-2249一文中,“The LOD is based on the relationship between the gross analyte signal St, the field blank Sb, and the variability in the field blank σb. The limit of detection was defined by the extent to which the gross signal exceeds Sb. St-Sb=Kσ. Where, K was used as 3.”  楼主所说的three times standard deviation,以我的理解,单位应该是所仪器检测所得信号的单位,不知道我的理解对不,希望更多人来讨论并能给指点迷津。

3σ计算检出限,如果标线横坐标为浓度,那么LOD的单位即为横坐标的浓度,但横坐标为对数,我不知道此时的LOD单位是什么?

你说的对,但是在计算对数成线性时我也遇到这个问题,至今我也没有答案。另外还想和你讨论一个问题,S/N=3,有文献写这个,我不理解这是如何计算LOD的,有人说这就是3sigma/slope中的3,也有人说这就是用线性中最低浓度除以3得到LOD,你怎么看呢?期望得到你的回复,谢谢!

The LOD is based on the relationship between the gross analyte signal St, the field blank Sb, and the variability in the field blank σ. The limit of detection was defined by the extent to which the gross signal exceeds Sb. St-Sb = Kσ. The corresponding limit of detection expressed in concentration units is derived from the calibration function. The content at the limit of detection (cD, D是下标,就是用浓度表示的检出限) followed from the analytical function, cD= (St-Sb)/s = Kσ/s, where σ was the standard deviation of the blank solution, s was the slope of regression line, K was used as 3.

我的理解是:通常检出限都是以浓度单位给出的,而这个文献中的S是检测信号,信号和浓度之间有一个换算公式,就是S=sc (斜率和浓度的乘积)。我贴出的是英文的,是最近在回答审稿人提出的检出限问题的回复,文章已经接受。以上是我的理解,希望能和你讨论这个问题。
