| 遇到与楼主相同的问题，我还没有答案。我把我查到的文献和楼主分享一下，在文献AC,1980,52,2242-2249一文中，“The LOD is based on the relationship between the gross analyte signal St, the field blank Sb, and the variability in the field blank σb. The limit of detection was defined by the extent to which the gross signal exceeds Sb. St-Sb=Kσ. Where, K was used as 3.” 楼主所说的three times standard deviation，以我的理解，单位应该是所仪器检测所得信号的单位，不知道我的理解对不，希望更多人来讨论并能给指点迷津。 |

The LOD is based on the relationship between the gross analyte signal St, the field blank Sb, and the variability in the field blank σ. The limit of detection was defined by the extent to which the gross signal exceeds Sb. St-Sb = Kσ. The corresponding limit of detection expressed in concentration units is derived from the calibration function. The content at the limit of detection (cD, D是下标，就是用浓度表示的检出限) followed from the analytical function, cD= (St-Sb)/s = Kσ/s, where σ was the standard deviation of the blank solution, s was the slope of regression line, K was used as 3. |
