单晶，MS,以及logP, logS, pKa, PSA data问题

各位大侠，小弟第一次投稿，学术水平较低，文章目前是major revision，审稿人提的意见很多，目前有两处不是很明白审稿人的意思，还请各位能多给小弟帮助，不甚感激。 问题1：“All of the mass spectra reported in this work are very difficult to read. The quality of these spectra needs to be enhanced. Why are the signal levels in the mass spectra lower than that typically seen in MS characterization of organic compounds(1e5 to 1e6). Please provide total ion chromatogram (TIC) for all the compounds for which the 1-H NMR has been provided. “ 小弟我不明白的是审稿人是什么意思，另外做离子色谱对理解我的质谱有没有作用吗，”(1e5 to 1e6)“也不是我的化合物代码，所以不明白审稿人是什么意思？ 问题2：” In the section on X-ray crystallography, why did dichlormethane take 7days to evaporate at room temperature? Also the R values for refinement of the crystal structure (0.07) is too high. Typically the R factor should be less than 3%. “ 当时用了DCM养单晶，说实话我也不记得是多久才析出单机的，只是过了一个礼拜，去看了下，有单晶了，我就稀里糊涂的写了7天析出单晶，现在想想确实不合常理；审稿人也提到我R值的问题，单晶我也不是太懂，好像没有找到我的R值，不知道不回答会不会有问题 问题3：”The manuscript should be completed for e.g. logP, logS, pKa, PSA data and SAR relations of compounds studied discussed in more quantitative way.“ 小弟我真心不知道”logP, logS, pKa, PSA data and SAR relations of compounds“为何物，不知道是测出来的还是计算出来的，还请各位大侠多多指教！ |
