编辑给出下面意见，麻烦问问各位如何修改，It is necessary to reformulate the sentence (Abstract - Line 2):
"The structure-property relationship and the antitumor activity based on single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis, electrochemical measurements, density functional theory calculations and MTT assay were investigated." Single-crystal X-ray Diffraction is a analytical technique which provides detailed information about the internal lattice of crystalline substances.谢谢喽@lich666

"single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis"的analysis可以不要，关键的问题是单晶xrd是表征手段吧，应该说"characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction"的

-N-phenylbenzamide was synthesized and characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, MS, IR and X-ray diffraction methods. The structure-property relationship and the antitumor activity based on electrochemical measurements, density functional theory calculations (DFT) and methylthiazolyldiphenyl-tetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay were investigated.  这样可以吗？谢谢哈

嗯，我认为可以的，第一句我写的时候，“methods”是不要的，不过要应该也没什么

真的非常感谢，小女第一次发文章，麻烦再弱弱的问一下，编辑让“For any figure that cannot be embedded within the source file (such as *.PSD Photoshop files), the original figure needs to be uploaded separately. ” 编辑的意思是将那些Photoshop修过的图的原图上传吗？还是要将psd格式的图改成别的格式？再次表示感谢

应该是说如果你有些图片的格式（例如psd格式）是那种无法插进源文件（应该指doc文件）的，那么就需要你单独上传。
