由于粘结层的成分部分是由镍基涂层组成的，因此，本文选择纯镍做为“涂层/基体涂层系统”的涂层。 由于铁镍元素间低的热膨胀系数，因此，选择纯铁做为“涂层/基体涂层系统”的基体。 The part of bond coat consisting of a nickel-based coating, therefore, this paper chooses pure Ni as the coating of coating/substrate system. Because of the low difference between the CTEs of Fe and Ni, the pure Fe is selected as the substrate of coating/substrate system. |
