In this paper, a lot of experiments and simulation were done and a nickel-based catalysts for the hydrogenation of liquid aldehyde was developed by carrier screening and screening additive components. The main results are as follows:
1) Eight different kinds of pseudo-boehmite were used to prepare catalyst carriers according to the characteristics of the molecular structure of the reactants and the final catalyst carrier is determined by comparison.
2) Nickel was determined to be the active component of the catalysts according to the characteristics of the liquid aldehyde hydrogenation and literature research. |
