本文进行了大量的实验和软件计算,通过对载体的筛选、助剂组分的筛选,开发出一种适合液相醛加氢的镍系催化剂,取得的主要成果如下:
1)根据反应物分子结构特点,采用八种不同的拟薄水铝石制备了催化剂载体,通过对比优选最终确定了催化剂载体;
2)根据液相醛加氢特点及文献调研,确定催化剂活性组分为镍;

In this paper, a lot of experiments and simulation were done, through carrier screening, screening additive components, a kind of nickel-based catalysts for the hydrogenation of liquid aldehyde was developed, the main results are as follows:
1) According to the characteristics of the molecular structure of the reactant, eight different kinds of pseudo-boehmite were used to prepare catalyst carrier, the final catalyst carrier is determined by comparison.
2) According to the characteristics of the liquid aldehyde hydrogenation and literature research, nickel was determined as the active component of the catalyst.

In this paper, a lot of experiments and simulation were done and a nickel-based catalysts for the hydrogenation of liquid aldehyde was developed by carrier screening and screening additive components. The main results are as follows:
1) Eight different kinds of pseudo-boehmite were used to prepare catalyst carriers according to the characteristics of the molecular structure of the reactants and the final catalyst carrier is determined by comparison.
