电子衍射结构解析 好像这方面发展的很快。 The Vincent-Midgley precession technique is a powerful method for improving the quality of electron diffraction data from bulk crystals (Vincent and Midgley, 1994). Direct methods are a family of phase recovery algorithms that can restore the structure from diffraction intensities alone. In order for them to work reliably, however, high quality intensities are required. Usually, intensities in bulk structure studies are acquired using X-ray diffraction, a method that reliably offers high quality datasets (kinematical diffraction). |
