具有分子生物学、细胞生物学、和生物化学等学科研究背景，以有过免疫学研究经历优先。以第一作者发表过SCI论文，工作勤奋。
研究方向：利用免疫学以及生物信息学方法克隆与抗原特异性结合的高亲和性的抗体。

本实验室主要研究方向为：HIV-1广谱抗体筛选、IgA肾炎等自免疫疾病的致病、进展机制及预防。
