有关SCI投稿参考文献，中文格式的问题。 已有2人参与

求高手指点： 写了一篇英文文章，但参考文献有一半是中文参考文献，投了一次Rock Mechanic and Rock Engineering，15天左右，没有外审，边界给拒了回来，给了一下意见： Dear Dr Shen, I very much appreciate your having allowed us to see your paper. Please see the references in the text and in the reference list. Furthermore, it is useful in order to allow a fair and appropriate review of your manuscript to have it edited for English before submission. See our website for advice, if needed. Sincerely yours 我想知道，能否引用中文参考文献，格式怎么弄，最好给出例子。中国作者名字要全拼还是简写等等。 这是该期刊作者须知的格式，但没有中文。 Cite references in the text by name and year in parentheses.
