reject resubmit,中间没有and。意思是“拒绝重新投稿”了吗？？ 已有9人参与

看到“ Last decision: Reject Resubmit”，有点慌神了，这是拒绝重新投稿，还是拒绝并重新投稿哇？重新投稿还有希望吗？Decision Letter如下，求助。。 Thank you for your submission. We had difficulty identifying reviewers for your manuscript which in turn delayed comments back to you. Unfortunately, the one reviewer who agreed to review your manuscript identified a number of issues that must be addressed before the manuscript could be accepted for publication in JExpBot. These are clearly outlined in the reviewer's comments. That said, the reviewer believed the work was of a high standard and of importance to the JExpBot readership. Accordingly, I am recommending the comments be considered and addressed before resubmitting for review. Therefore, if you can provide more results along the lines suggested by the referees, then we would be interested in receiving a new manuscript for review in which the points and suggestions raised by the referees are addressed. Should you wish to re-submit a new manuscript please include a covering letter and complete the section 'Response to Reviews' in the metadata. Please note that your new manuscript will be subject to the full peer review. |
