样品1经过热处理后，模量降低，塑性升高，这应该是由于涂层/基体界面处发生了元素扩散所导致。 After the sample 1 was heat treated, the modulus decreasing, the plasticity increasing, which may be that the element diffusion occurred at the interface between coating and substrate. |
