| 预热后的管坯由出料机自炉内取出放到环形炉出料侧辊道上，由辊道将管坯运到第一组感应加热炉处，使感应加热炉快速加热到扩/穿孔温度，加热温度为900-1250℃，根据钢种不同，加热温度不同，为了满足生产能力的要求，第一组感应加热炉配有4套感应加热装置，每套感应加热炉配有4套感应加热装置，每套感应加热装置均可独立工作。 |

感到中文倒数2-3句需要调整，自行调整了一下。 预热后的管坯tube billet由出料机discharge自炉内取出放到环形炉ring furnace出料侧delivery side辊道roller table上，由辊道将管坯运到第一组first group感应加热炉induction heating furnace，处，使感应加热炉快速加热到扩/穿孔温度hole expansion /hole perforation，加热温度为900-1250℃，根据钢种不同，加热温度不同，为了满足生产能力的要求，第一组感应加热炉配有4套炉口，每套炉口配有4套感应加热装置induction heating apparatus，每套感应加热装置均可独立工作。 After preheating, the tube billets are set on the roller table at delivery side of the ring furnace by discharging machine, continuing to be transported into the induction heating furnaces of first group. Then, the induction furnaces are quickly heated up to the hole expansion/hole perforation temperature, 900-1250℃. Different steel have different heating temperature. For meeting the requirements of production capacity, the first group of induction heating furnace is equipped with four sets of induction furnace, each heating furnace is equipped with four sets of induction heating apparatus, and each induction heating apparatus can work independently. |
