高压水热法的最佳工艺条件为:水热反应温度为260℃、反应时间为22h、Li/Nb为1.10、原料浓度为1.0mol/L、搅拌速度为300r/min、SDS含量为0.5%。高压水热法合成的纳米铌酸锂粉体为球形,其粒度约为86nm,纳米铌酸锂球形粒子之间存在一定程度的团聚。但高压水热法合成的纳米铌酸锂粉体粒度分布均匀。
     以水热法合成的粉体为原料进行烧结实验。通过XRD、SEM等手段,对不同烧结温度下LiNbO3陶瓷的组织形貌进行研究,并测试了压电性能。研究表明:水热粉体表现出良好的烧结性能,在烧结温度为1080℃时,可以得到烧结致密的铌酸锂陶瓷;烧结温度对铌酸锂烧结体的压电性能影响较大,1100℃下得到的烧结体压电性能较好,压电常数为60pC/N。

With spherical shape, the lithium niobate nano-powder synthesized by the above method has an average size of 86nm. Furthermore, though the spherical nanoparticles might congregate in a certain extent, the synthesized nano-powder is well-distributed.

The size of  LiNbO3 nano-particles Synthesized by high pressure hydrothermal synthesis is spherical, the size of particles is 86 nm, though the spherical nanoparticles might congregate in a certain extent, the synthesized nano-powder is well-distributed.

3 we did the experiment through the powder synthsized by hydrothermal synthesis methods as as raw materials, by the methods of XRD, SEM, ,we study the morphous of LiNbO3 ceramic under different sintering temperature,and the results show that: hydrothermal powder did well  in sintering performance, we can obtain the sintered compact lithium niobate ceramics under the temperature 1080℃. The sintering temperature have a greater impact on the lithium niobate’s piezoelectric properties, the sintering under 1100℃perform better in piezoelectric property,and the piezoelectric constant is 60 pC / N.
