The optimum technical conditions of high pressure hydrothermal method include: reaction temperature of 260¡æ, reaction time of 22 hours, Li and Nb with the ratio of 1.10, raw material concentration of 1.0mol/L, mixing rate of 300r/min, and the SDS concentration of 0.5 percent. With spherical shape, the lithium niobate nano-powder synthesized by the above method has an average size of 86nm. Furthermore, though the spherical nanoparticles might congregate in a certain extent, the synthesized nano-powder is well-distributed.

3 we did the experiment through the powder synthsized by hydrothermal synthesis methods as as raw materials, by the methods of XRD, SEM, ,we study the morphous of LiNbO3 ceramic under different sintering temperature,and the results show that: hydrothermal powder did well  in sintering performance, we can obtain the sintered compact lithium niobate ceramics under the temperature 1080¡æ. The sintering temperature have a greater impact on the lithium niobate¡¯s piezoelectric properties, the sintering under 1100¡æperform better in piezoelectric property,and the piezoelectric constant is 60 pC / N.
