不久前得到德国马普的奖学金支助，去那边学习交流5个月。昨天收到马普那边人事部门的邮件，上面是这么写的：
For prepare your stay I have a question. Is it okay for you to become the stipend letter after your arrival here? I prefere to take an appointment for the 15th of August at 11.00 a. m.
看了好久，实在看不懂那个stipend letter是什么意思。它与我拿到的那个奖学金有冲突吗？
